Key Responsibilities
- Identify and define GenAI opportunities with business stakeholders across drug development functions
- Translate business needs into clear problem statements, user stories, and measurable KPIs
- Facilitate workshops to explore and prioritize GenAI use cases and solution designs
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI architects to validate and scale GenAI applications
- Ensure AI model outputs meet business, compliance, and user experience standards
- Drive GenAI adoption through change management, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Champion responsible AI practices and lead governance efforts across AI initiatives
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in business analysis, in any one or more areas AI Transformation, Data Transformation, Digital transformation or AI/ML/GenAI
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and business analysis frameworks
- Proven ability to translate technical AI concepts into actionable business outcomes
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) – Preferred not mandatory.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
Desirable Requirements
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical or drug development environment
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, Agile BA, or AI/ML credentials
